How to do it
Grip the base of the penis with your thumb and fingers. Apply a firm but comfortable squeeze and slowly slide your hand down toward the head, pulling the skin along with the motion. Once you reach the top, release, return to the base, and repeat. Maintain a slow, steady pace, focusing on the downward pressure rather than a rapid back-and-forth stroke.
Why it works
